Issue with Adding New Electricity Account I encountered an issue while trying to add a new electricity account number in the app. I received an error message stating that a maximum of 5 accounts are allowed, but I only have one active account visible in the app. It appears that old or previously removed accounts may still be present in the backend, which I have no way of accessing or removing. This needs to be addressed. When an account is removed from the app, it should be automatically cleared

Starting a few months ago, in the Android app, when I click on the "Outage Map" section, it doesn't load, and it still hasn't been fixed. Additionally, starting a few weeks ago, the "Interruption Calendar" section has also stopped loading. Please make the necessary changes to resolve this issue.

The details displayed in the app are misleading and confusing. Also it's not always operating as expected. The complaints cannot be made via the app and currently it's not giving the account balances (which could be due to some operation failures) It's useful to make the payments easily, but takes a considerable time to update the details too.
