I don't know what everyone gripes about. I work overseas and have better luck with this app than my BMO one or any other financial services I use. except there a few things I can't do on the mobile app like accessing some of our investment information, but for that in log in on my laptop and things go fine... as long as my internet is stable. and that's not the fault of the app.

This app keeps getting worse. Switching to it when my credit union merged in to Access was uncomfortable, as my old app was much more streamlined and easy to use. I have had to set my preference for fingerprint login about 10 times in the last month, even though I authorize it, it works for about 3 logins, and then goes back to disabled, but I get a prompt asking "set biometric authorization?" Each time I get an e transfer request, it breaks. Do you have a QA team??? You need to test!!!!

Horrible application. it constantly claims there's no internet connection when I have verified that. I rely on this app to do most of my banking. I'm very seriously considering switching banks because of this
