I like the actual cleaner but this app is embarrassing. 1. Will not connect to Wi-Fi 2. Will not save the changes made to routine or custom routine which keeps it stuck in the regular 2hr routine mode. 3. Although it says connected through Bluetooth, 90% of the time the commands through the app will fail. In 2026 I'm stunned on how an app can under perform so badly.

Something happened when this app switched from Poolmate to Chasing. It connects to my Hydro4 but can't control anything about the cleaner. The cleaning cycle can only be started by pressing the button on the controller. Used to he able to set custom clean cycles and start/stop cleaning remotely. Can't anymore. Please Fix or roll back to the last Poolmate branded version that worked!

Absolute trash. Despite setting a schedule for daily, I'll be lucky if the bot will remember to start at that time for 1-2 days before it goes back to being 24/7 inactive, despite clearly showing the programmed schedule. Don't waste your time with the app, just unplug and plug the device in again each day you expect it to run. So much for a turnkey solution.
