Getting straight to the point. This app does not work. I tried logging in a few times. I even contacted the support center, and they could not help at all. I didn't want the grant to expire, so I was trying every possible solution I could think of. What finally worked for me was going to the chek website and resetting my password through there. Hope this helps anyone.

Wouldnt even give 1 star if I didn't have to.. Applied for grant. Was approved, sent a temporary password that does not work. Followed all instructions to the letter, all lower case etc. tried from Android and IPhone. Many attempts to contact company via email and phone,nothing but an automated response. Very disappointed. This grant was really going to help is out this year.

I work as an athletic director at a Boy's & Girls Club, and I have processed MANY payments from this app! This app is absolutely NOT fake. Can it be difficult to use ABSOLUTELY. Lowercase pass and email. AND IF THE APP DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO LOG IN I have had success going to the chekspend website, go to log in page and click forgot password, it will send a link, change password and then log on using that password with in the app.
