Constant problems with this app! Seams like every year there is an update that doesn't work! They say go to your app settings and clear cache that will fix it. Well, it doesn't!! I have bills getting paid late because I don't know how much money I have. Then chiphone charges you 40.00 for over draft fees. It gets pretty costly for chiphone mistake. All my apps from other banks never have this many problems! Fire the person responsible for the updates! Incompetent!!

I haven't been able to long into the app or my accounts since Saturday (12/9) evening. I keep a very close eye on my balances and this is becoming a MAJOR inconvenience. Please. Get it straightened out soon.

I used this app with no problem for a while. All of a sudden I try to log in and it says incorrect. Even my username is incorrect when I try to redo a password.
