Update available. Will not update ir allow me to open app. IT person not helpful at all. Extremely poor customer service. very difficult to do internal transfer. requires password rest overtime. needs to be more user friendly

The new updates highlighted word its not working for updates. Please can you fix that so the customer or consumer can check theyre balance. Thank you and may god bless you all .

I have not encountered any problems since I've had this app. I even use the fingerprint ID to sign in. I do have 1 thing that comes up every time I open the app. It says I have an update but when I tried, there was none. Every time I go into the app, it comes up. I just tap on, not now n have no problems from there.
