HOW DOES IT WORK?
The CirrusMD experience is similar to texting. After you register, start securely messaging with a doctor just like you'd text a friend. Start and stop your conversations at any time and use the platform as often as you'd like.

Connect to an in-network doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Text, share photos or video chat for as long as needed
Avoid unnecessary trips to the doctor and refill prescriptions (controlled substances, non-therapeutic and certain other drugs may not be available)
Access your message history and follow-up any time

WHEN SHOULD I USE CIRRUSMD?
Use CirrusMD when you have general medical questions or feel sick, but it’s not an emergency. Examples of conditions to talk about include:
Coughs, fevers, sore throat
Earaches, stomach pain, diarrhea
Rashes, allergic reactions, animal/insect bites
Sports injuries, burns, heat-related illness
Urinary tract infections

Worst app I've ever used. I have a fever of 102 and I'm writing this review instead of going to urgent care because I'm so angry. Tried to log in, wrong password, fine, click forgot password link. It requires you to enter your birthday, in a widget that defaults to today and you can only go back 1 month at a time. I had to hit left 480 times to get the email with a reset link. Then it didn't even work. Said had to enter required fields, but my new password was already def in both. Unbelievable.

Downloaded app, clicked register which took me to a page that said create account at the top, cool...I enter basic info to create my account and an error message pops up and literally tells me "We have no records matching the info you provided"....um yeah you shouldn't that's why I'm creating an account...acting like I'm trying to log in to an existing account with the wrong info..? This app is seriously handicapped.

if you test positive and have risk factor don't text them They can't perscrib the medication that is perscribed for "IT". You to go to urgent care or hospital. Forget prevention or precautions One of the medication are perscribed early to work. I thought this app is to keep cost down,and keep ER clear. Maybe it was the Doctor I spoke to today. I've never had this problem with anything else I've needed to talk with them about. they've always been extremely helpful. Except for this issue.
