DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THE APP I downloaded the app because it's very convenient to transfer money to savings and other online banks. However the latest update took me too long to transfer money to any banks because otp messages take too long. Also, whenever I withdraw for emergency it's always offline. I'm thinking of switching banks if this will not be fixed. I've wasted too much time just to transfer money or buy load.

frustrating!! I updated the app and now all my transactions are not going through. I've been trying to "Send Money" to other bank accounts but it keeps on saying "Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable". At first, I understand maybe you are just having some issues but it's been over a week now and it keeps saying the same thing. I already uninstalled and installed the app as part of basic troubleshooting but still the same. Such an inconvenience.

I often experience issues with OTPs—sometimes they arrive very late, and worse, I don’t receive them at all. This causes delays and inconvenience, especially when I need quick access or transactions. Edit: For the same reason, I just changed it to 1 star. If there's a rating lower than 1 star, that's probably what they deserve.
