About this app

Timelines merges everything you have to keep track of into a single, continuous agenda — events from Google Calendar and Outlook, tasks from Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do, and the birthdays stored on your contacts, all on one scrolling timeline.

ONE TIMELINE
• Connect Google and Microsoft accounts — personal, work or school, as many as you like — side by side
• Events from every calendar on every connected account
• Overlapping and multi-day events get their own lanes, so a busy week stays readable
• Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do appear on their due date; overdue ones stay put until you finish them
• Birthdays from Google and Outlook contacts, and anniversaries from Google Contacts, each with its own symbol
• A meeting that sits in both a Google and an Outlook calendar shows up once
• Ongoing events stay pinned at the top while you scroll
• Search as you type across events, tasks and birthdays

HOME-SCREEN WIDGET
• Your agenda on the launcher, with room for long schedules
• Quick actions in the header: refresh, open, add, settings
• A line marks where today begins
• Keeps itself current throughout the day

MAKE IT YOURS
• Six themes — Light, Dark, Contrast, Gray, Colorful, Material
• Or set your own background and text color for every row type: month headers, today, free days, alternating rows
• Choose which calendars, task lists and contact dates appear
• Toggle sticky headers, parallel lanes, colored titles, custom symbols and more

PRIVACY
Timelines only ever reads. It asks Google and Microsoft for read-only access to your calendars, tasks and contacts, and the data goes straight from them to your device — there is no Timelines server in between, and it is sent nowhere else. It stays on your device and is kept out of backups. Each source is read independently, so one that is unavailable or not granted never blocks the others.

Adding an event or a task hands off to the app that owns it — your calendar app, Google Tasks, Outlook or Microsoft To Do. Timelines shows your schedule; it does not replace the apps that keep it.
Google & Microsoft calendars, tasks & birthdays on one timeline, plus a widget.

Overall the offers are good, but the interface is not great. Please make it clearer with a better layout and design so customers can understand it better. Right now, the user experience feels disconnected from the user. Please make the app more user-friendly and connected, but overall it is okay.

Timelines turns daily scheduling into a clean, visual journey. Instead of clunky lists, it merges calendars, Google Tasks, and contacts' special dates into a single cohesive agenda with parallel lanes for overlapping events. With current tasks pinned at top, zero data uploading, and customizable home-screen widgets, managing busy days becomes effortlessly organized!
