Upfront these guys put up with a lot from me. They sent me the email and waited. I went through the motions and found out I had met some scammers. That email saved me a lot of time and effort. Sure I had a spit. But it's not Coinjars fault. Blaming the exchange for your mistakes is like blaming a test tube for a failed experiment. I hope they don't lose there patience as time goes on. Most of the big boys do. You lose money and they lose you. The big boys have no time for the underdog.

my experience with Coinjar started off fine until Aug 22nd when they hijacked my account. I tried to send $150 AUD through crypto to another wallet and they intercepted it and deemed it a scam so reversed it. I couldn't appeal the decision and now I can't send any Crypto externally! all because they suspected a scam which it wasn't but hey what does my opinion count for. I've also had problems with their card where I can't create a pin for it and contactless payment is a 50/50 bet with it.

I used them for a few weeks with no issues. Then I added a new address to send money to and they asked me a lot of questions (twice) and then put my withdrawal on hold for review. They basically go against the point of crypto.
