The app speaks to carwash equipment, allowing customers to instantly turn car wash equipment on and off from their smart devices. This removes the need for cash and facilitates the payment process for carwash owners. Coinless handles the credit-card processing for all payments made through the app. The app also manages loyalty programs that reward customers for visiting their favorite carwash locations with frequency. For best functionality, the app requires the use of location services, messaging services, contacts services, payment services, and more. The app also manages club/membership programs for carwash locations that have chosen that service.

Ratings and reviews

First, I can't find the QR Code to scan at my car wash to use it. Second, I reached out thru the toll free number on the app, I text a message, and no reply. I believe my local car wash has this exact same number on their door. Third, there would be so many different things I'd ad and change in this app. I don't have enough characters to lost them all. But the main woild be to over hall the menu and actually have usefull things on it.

This App complicates payment instead of simplifying it. I have to enter my credentials each time I use it, despite having a secured phone. Then today, my payment information was all missing because of an "upgrade." Good thing I had my old-fashioned credit card with me to enter it back in, which I had to do because the camera OCR was a joke...and don't forget the leading zero on the date or it will tell you it's invalid. The premise of this app is good, the execution just really sucks.

My Pixel 4A doesn't really crash often but for some reason when I turned it back on to cancel my spray wash the app have completely crashed, That caused me to panic because you have to manually hit stop in the app so you don't keep getting charged. Everything seemed fine when I turn the app back on but very odd to come back to my screen saying that the app had crashed.
