I've been playing this game off and on since 2015. As such, I've seen a lot of good things i.e. 2A, more frequent balance patches, and updates. But a lot of the bad things from the beginning are still around terrible ai, connectivity issues and random disconnects (especially when trying to progress in arena), horrendous drop rates, and still no pity system unlike newer games of the same genre. I really want to like this game again, but atm it feels like I keep logging in out of habit.

This ten year anniversary has been a rollercoaster of emotions, I think for everyone. Some good events happened, and some were not that great. The game itself really hasn't changed much in the past few years, some balance patches, quality of life are good but they aren't fixing or improving the things we as a community actually want. I've introduced loved ones, friends to this game. We all want to love it. However, I don't think I've ever met a more greedy and twisted company for a mobile game.

UPDATED: I would advise everyone to stay away, it's a fun game indeed, but account management/recovery is garbage. I can't skip the tutorial any time I move to a new device, and replacing the auto-generated account with my actual account seems like an uphill battle. Just be warned about it if you're going to give it a go, given the way this issue has worked for me and another friend who contacted support (never recovered her account) I'd say it isn't a good investment of time or money.
