About this app

Service Chill is a clean, offline job-card app built for AC service technicians and small HVAC repair shops. No account, no sign-up, no internet connection needed — open the app and start tracking service calls right away.

Record everything that matters for an AC repair: customer name, unit type (Window, Split, Cassette, Ducted, Portable, Central), brand, tonnage, serial, the reported complaint, and the kind of service requested (Repair, Installation, Uninstallation, General Service, Gas Refill). Move a job through its lifecycle — Active, Diagnosed, In Repair, Ready for Pickup, Delivered, Cancelled — with one tap.

When a unit is on your bench, add the parts you replaced (capacitor, compressor, fan motor, thermostat, PCB, gas R-32 / R-410A, copper pipe, drain pan, or anything custom), log labor charges, record a final cost, and jot internal notes. Everything is stored locally on your device with SQLite.

Job History keeps every completed and cancelled job searchable by customer, phone, or unit serial, with filters for date range, AC type, brand, service type, and status. The Reports screen gives you a daily intake chart, KPIs (received, completed, cancelled, average turnaround, estimated revenue, labor charged, parts cost), category breakdowns, top complaints, and a calendar view that visualises seasonal load.

Service Chill is meant to be lightweight. It does not process payments, does not collect analytics, does not show ads, and does not require any permissions to run.
