Horribke app since the first day we began using it several months ago. On multiple occasions, the app would not let me clock in/out. It is September 6,2022, 1 year later, and still the same issues. Why do I have to update the app every 2-3 weeks? Why do I have to enter password, etc., Everytime I try to chart? If the phone is on, it makes no sense to constantly re-enter everything.

STILL very slow and glitch. I and my manager have tried to call to get this fixed with no satisfactory outcome. App keeps trying to close while I'm typing my username and password into the computer. Also the app is slow to open and slow to begin typing like the app isn't responding and then it eventually does. Please fix bugs in the system!

Everytime there is an update it makes the app 10 times slower and takes forever for it to open. Then when i go to sign in it still takes forever to log in. Also when you are inactive on the app for a certain amount of time it automatically logs you out then you gota fight to sign back in. So tired of having to constantly log back in during my shoft. FIX THESE ISSUES!
