This app is a gamechanger for paying bills,but the constant need to sign in is frustrating. The app doesn't save my password,even with my phone's biometrics,which forces me to remember it or reset it every time I use the app. While the new update has made the password reset process quick and seamless, it hasn't solved the core problem of having to reenter my credentials every time I open the app. The convenience of paying bills is overshadowed by the inconvenience of constantly having to sign in

Since the most recent update (April 2026) I am unable to use this app properly as building staff. I no longer have access to maintenance requests or many of the other features that were previously available through the app. It seems to think I am now a resident of the building, this issue is affecting anyone on my maintenance team using an android device. The iPhone app seems to be unchanged. If we use the desktop web portal everything works fine. It's definitely an issue with this app.

Hi David — thanks for flagging this. The April update intentionally limits the app to residents while we build a dedicated staff app. We know that's inconvenient in the meantime. Our responsive site has every feature: on Android, open the portal in Chrome and tap ⋮ → "Add to Home screen" to use it like an app.

It has been 12 months since Cocierge was made aware of this software's issues, and nothing has been fixed to date. I will list all the issues soon. But I am starting to be concerned about its data security, given the Company is not addressing anything.
