when registering, I'm stuck on the page contact details, where a phone number is automatically filled in, but all the other boxes are not responsive to my inputs. when I click next, a line of text shows emergancy contacts are required and would not let me proceed. 0/10, why does condos use this piece of useless app when it's literally 10 times easier to just take a cheque to book the pool room? humanity going backwards.

Hello thank you for your patience. After reviewing your property there was a misconfiguration in the settings that prevented residents from modifying the emergency contacts field. We have spoken with your property manager, and they have made the changes required to allow you to complete the registration.

You cannot cancel or edit a parking permit once it is in the system. Which means you can't have two different visitors park in the lot at different times of the day within the same 24hrs. GuardaWorld Security office can't do anything about it. I put the wrong vehicle info in once, and there is NO option to correct. I literally had to be standing next to the car to plead with the guard checking the lot at 1am. Infuriating and ridiculous.

Since the latest update, I can't make an amenity booking. When I select an amenity and then click on one of the dates for the next week, I get an error message "an error has occurred, please try again later". Before that, clicking on the notifications for announcements would also give me an error screen, so I had to read the announcements in my email. I have a pixel 4a with Android 12.
