Ratings and reviews

Unable to access rewards since they moved it to the app only. Had £40 of rewards then had another £20 pending. Now I'm unable to access any of them for security reasons. Emailed them as suggested and after a week they said ita sorted. It isn't. Contact us again, 5-7 days for a response. It'll be the same useless response. Wont be using confused again. Poor app. Cue automated message in response to this saying to contact us. Not wasting my time.

just when you thought this waste of space app couldn't get ANY WORSE! now you're wholly unable to access/claim your so called 'rewards!'??? what an absolute shambles... if my reward expires, unclaimed, I'll be cancelling my unrenewed policy! Absolute amateurs and a total disgrace! this stress is wholly unnecessary and totally avoidable, by any professional, competent organisation! Definitely one to avoid!

Upate: I spoke too soon. Today access to my Greggs coffee rewards were blocked because of "suspicious activity". I have multiple car insurance policies so the name 'Confused' is rather apt in this instance. If restricting access to a few coffees per month is so important they can keep them but it's a rather pedantic way to treat a customer
