Cannot sign up. Mobile and NRIC are not unique. If you want to develop an app, please teat and fix it. Not user friendly at all.

I tried so many times to register the membership. However it stated my nric, mobile phone, email not unique. I tried so many attempt and end up the same things. I have registered so many membershipcard before but this app is looser and not user friendly.
