Maybe its because it's just not accessible in my country but it's been several months and I have never received my card. I'm not able to use my funds in this account at all. I still don't have it. I already followed up and messaged customer support, updated my address, got verification. Helpful and responsive but still no card. It's halfway through the year. Still nothing.

App was working fine for a few months, then all of a sudden I can't transfer funds. Then I requested a refund, all of a sudden I couldn't login cause it said my account is blocked... Wouldn't recommend this app they will scan u your money

Website and app constantly have something wrong, not working, misspellings, or just down at random hours. If you like not having access to your money when you need it, with frequent blackout periods for "maintenance" that they don't tell you about and silly high fees for no reason, Cosmo is the app for you. I think the funniest part is when I send in mistakes / misspellings / issues to the support team I never even get a thank you, it's just fixed a couple hours after they've read my DM 😂
