This app literally completely crashes my phone. Your whole ecosystem including servicemax is absolutely awful, have worked with it now for nearly 5 years and it just continually gets worse, please anyone considering using this for there business use any other option.

Hanged up and freeze the mobile when open zinc through the Smax app. on Android mobile, I'm not sure about APPLE. Overall, operating experience is not pleasant

Recent updates make the app more difficult to use. 1. It freezes for ages when you try to send photos to others! 2. It always crashes! 3. It could not work in the background, so you will not get messages from others in time! Just wondering whether we can go back to the old version.
