I simply cannot log into my account! just get the error message 'oops something went wrong' this is on app and online, can't call customer service as I don't remember my pin! I'm trying to end my contract as I'm due an upgrade and want a different provider, but the live chat button for ID online does NOT work! there's no advice suitable from community hub. so I'm stuck! I can't get out of my current ID contract!!

I've been with id mobile for about 10 years and everything had always been fine until the app recently got updated, which now simply doesn't work. Won't recognise my existing login, can't recreate a new login as it falls down at the "we've sent you a verification code by text" stage. Call me picky but if a mobile network can't manage to send a text message, using it's own network, to an existing customer, they are probably in the wrong business. PAC requested for both of my accounts.

I’ve only been able to use the app for about a week after I first signed up with iD Mobile a year ago. When the app was updated, it forced me to change my password but was incredibly picky about the requirements. Now I’ve forgotten the password, and the reset feature doesn’t work — I never receive the reset code (and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder).
