I've had these cameras and this app for about 4 years. It's always been a bit janky, but overall it served my needs. About 3-4 weeks ago all 3 cameras I have connected can no longer be viewed live over 5g/mobile. If I'm connected to wifi I can still view them. But they are pretty much useless if I can't watch them over mobile/5g. So I'm going to have to get new ones. Hence 1 star.

I do not like this app. It sends me notifications when nothing is happening. it shows I have a video, and when I go into app to look at the video there is no video all it does is carry me to current time to look. this Is all so disappointing. really hating this. if something is wrong you will never know

Udate 3.9.10 renders the app and purpose of cameras useless. The previous version introduced more intrusive adverts, but you could click away. This latest update brings more intrusive adverts, with sound on by default, and the X to close launches a browser to advert content. It is intrusive. Starting with sound is really bad. Not being able to close the adverts is rediculous. The delay in getting to view the cameras is insane. Real-time discrete monitoring is now impossible, eg in a meeting.
