App is slow, always has loading errors, server is always down. Other shopping apps (Lazada, Shopee etc.) seem to be able to run concurrently with no connection issues. Even though products are cheap, shipping is extremely expensive, making the products more expensive than on other platforms - seems like a dishonest marketing strategy.

Only thing that's annoying is the fact it keeps jumping to the top of my favourite list whenever click to better view a product. And it's a problem when users have a long list of products saved. That being said, I appreciate the implementation of creating categories to separate our favourites listing. Hopefully in the next update, the above-mentioned problem is fixed.

I supported ezbuy since the days of 65Daigou where they carry plastic bags to the MRT station for collection. Fast forward, you have many more collection points that I love. So why 2 stars? You need to be discerning when using ezbuy especially the Prime Service now. The Service used to be top notch when the staff will on their own try to help you secure discounts but they have gotten slack. I find that now you have to mention in the comments else you might not get. When an item is categorized as sensitive, they sometimes don't ask you which one you want to change it to. For China orders: They removed the item link to Taobao. What I found is that quite a lot of items sold by their vendor JD can be twice as expensive as the same item on Taobao. This makes it a hassle to check for the reviews as well as to verify the price. For USA orders: I added one expensive but small item to Prime. When the exchange rate was 1 usd to 1.31 sgd, ezbuy's rate was 1.56! It meant that it was actually cheaper to use their Ship For Me than Prime. All in all, you have to be a bit more discerning now than in the past years. Updated 2 stars. They have removed the comment section. So when you buy, even though the price is listed at a lower price you cannot dispute it.
