⚠️ Serious Bait-and-Switch Alert ⚠️: My order (#2002161) on December 2, 2025, was stuck at "Order placed." Tracking never progressed. Support calls were uncoordinated, and the promised delivery failed to materialize. The final blow: a representative called to state that all app prices were "not updated" and demanded an additional fee on the entire order to proceed. This is a deceptive bait-and-switch tactic. The service is chaotic and dishonest. I do not recommend this app.
