I've been using this app for more than a year now and all I can say is that your customer service is terrible.sometimes data transactions are deemed successful on the app,but I never receive any data package from you guys.i purchased a glo awoof data bundle yesterday morning from you guys and I still havent received my data package.i've tried everything; i've tried chat support,no reply,I've tried the complaint section and it's saying that my transaction was successful therefore I cannot complai

The service's excruciating slowness leads to constant failed transactions and an endless cycle of retries. Even after hours or until the next day, success remains uncertain. The absence of subscription notifications means relying on dialing codes to confirm, adding to the frustration. This app, in my experience, is a harrowing disappointment. While it might function adequately for others, for me, it's the decisive catalyst for abandoning ship.

They are fraudulent. They charge you for depositing into your wallet which is understandable but why will you not credit the exact amount of data Purchased. When you purchase 10gig data they credit you 9.7gig and that's fraudulent. I complained about this and no response. There are other data apps that doesn't charge you for funding your wallet and you still get the exact data you paid for.
