Always have issues with syncing and file transfers

This app is such a dinosaur. Data basics needs to revamp this whole app. The whole office end of it looks like a Microsoft windows from 1999. Their fix for IOS users is to integrate with XOI. That's double the work. Might as well just switch over to XOI entirely. Service Titan is the way to go. There's a reason Service Titan is huge. Data basics needs to invest more into Sampro and Techanywhere. It's outdated and slow, and make it work with IOS devices. It's 2024, majority of people use apple.

It is a far superior app compared to FS ELITE!! It has some issues functioning in remote areas w.o. cell service. But is pretty straight forward.Please add a function for FIELD TECHS to UNDO common mistakes such as mis selecting job status AFTER receipt submittal,edit work preformed,P.O.calculations,needless payroll corrections and work order re-submittal. A 5 minute grace period to allow proof reading,would save millions in the field/office labor.thus putting a halt to chain mail/calls of shame
