About this app

This application increases productivity for Self Storage facility managers and maintenance personnel by allowing them to assign and modify overlocks without the requirement for an internet connection. They can later sync their changes back to the server when a connection is available.

I use this for work. it's always been difficult to sign into but now I cannot sign in at all. keeps telling me my username and password are wrong. I have been trying for 2 days now. Nothing has changed so not sure what the issue is. the app constantly glitches, looses info, or just closes out in the middle of trying to use it. I won't even get started on their actual locks that are so expensive but can be popped off in half a second.

This is great in theory only. Doesn't work half the time. Even though it syncs up eveytime you go on, info is wrong or missing. It is suppose to have a reports button, mine doesn't. It makes it difficult to run a business when the apps you are relying on are inconsistent. They have made unhelpful updates and haven't addeessed the most important issues. I am feed up.

Terrible, it works when it wants too. Syncing works half the time, so sometimes i go back and try to find a unit that i put on overlock but then find out the status never updated. Honestly my job depends on the mobile app so having the constant trouble is affecting performance on property. This is on my Samsung Note 21 5g Ultra with over 400mbs speed.
