The app in it's current state seems to be stable now. Time to time the servers seem to go down without any notice which causes almost no data to load which causes panic for users. Apart from that there is scope to introduce an option between light and dark mode which would make the user experience better. As of now 4 star.

I don't see the point in installling this app. everything this does we are already able to do in their website. To appeal to us to use this app would be more customisation. For using multiple meters, there's no way of knowing which is which, adding a label and note will help immensely, that's a no brainer. Also for multiple meters, a feature showing when balance will run out based on current usage trend will also be a welcome addition. If you are going to do something, do it right.

Service is unsatisfactory. I have paid my bill by debit card but doesn't work. I had to press all long token from the recipt physically. But at beginning of using this app it was working fine, my new paid bill was updated automatically. It was auto updating balance in every night at 12 AM. Now it not even updates the balance correctly. In 5 days single time balance update I get. No graphs/data works fine. No software updates solves these issues. Service day by day is going below.
