My experience with Colorful has been deeply frustrating. My song appeared on their platform without my consent, and when I reached out, I was blocked instead of helped. Years later, I faced the same issue again. This lack of transparency, accountability, and proper communication is concerning. Artists deserve platforms that respect their rights and handle disputes professionally.

I have a problem paying it it doesn't loads completely and it seems like I can play it off line, I bought KO-C Genesis album I'm unable to play the complete album smoothly.. and it keeps on signing me out each time I'm off line, you can only play the music using the app and I can save on my phone storage

Serious problems with this app, it's a disappointment. I've paid for an album but i can't download it to be saved in my phone so I could play it with other apps, DAMN. This is not helping at all...
