About this app

A digital database for Agri Entrepreneurs. This app is used by Agri Entrepreneurs to gather information about farmers to identify business opportunities and areas where the Agri Entrepreneurs can help farmers. With the introduction of the Marketplace module jointly developed by AEGF and Digichorus Technologies Pvt Ltd, Agri Entrepreneurs can now access and purchase products and services through the App.

Welcome to AEDD, a digital marketplace developed in collaboration with Syngenta Foundation India. By using our app, you agree to comply with the following terms:
AEDD offers agricultural products including seeds, nursery items, equipment etc. for personal and commercial agricultural use.
- Product Availability: We strive to maintain accurate stock, but availability may vary.
- Pricing: All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Order Acceptance: AEDD reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or product unavailability.
- Limitation of Liability: AEDD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect and use your data:
1. Information Collected: Name, contact number, email ID, delivery address, transaction details.
2. Usage: Data is used for order processing, support, and improving user experience.
3. Third-Party Sharing: Information is not sold or shared except with payment and logistics partners.
4. Security: We secure storage to protect your data.
5.Data Retention: We retain your information as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.

Cancellation and Refund:
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Contact support immediately.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Opened seed packets, perishable plants, or used equipment may not be eligible.
- Defective/Damaged Products: In case of defective or wrong items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping and Exchange:
- Shipping Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 5-15 working days, depending on availability.
- Exchange: Products can be exchanged within 7 days for valid reasons (wrong item, damaged on arrival).
- Delivery Delays: AEDD is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen events.
