Gave it a 2 because the help team's access is great, and they are working with me. So far, the app is horrible and very hard to set up. It is very hard to set the geo fence, and nothing really shows that the fence is set. GPS seems to work well, but the app signs me out each time, so you have to constantly sign in to see. Notifications haven't worked so far. I hope for a fix in the next few days, or I will return it. If it's fixed, I will update my review.

Only posting this because I want Seculife to work on their app. I have 2 devices and I like how accurate the location is but the app really needs work. When you log in the email and password is completely blank so you can't tell what you're writing. Then it kicks you out of the app easily, so I have to log back on to with invisible words that I write to sign in. Which could be really bad in an emergency. Seculife please fix this!

Thank you for your feedback. We found that this issue appears only in dark mode and it is already been fixed in App version code: 130 App version name: 1.30.
We also suggest to sign in using the biometrics sign (much faster / secure method).
