Why doesn’t the balance update automatically every time I perform a transaction? It’s frustrating that even after completing several transactions, the financial app still shows the same balance until I manually press the Balance Enquiry button. Even when I log out and log back in, the balance remains unchanged for days unless I perform a balance enquiry, which is the only time it reflects the correct amount. In this day and era, such issues shouldn’t be happening. Please fix that.

1. UX is very poor on this current implementation. I understand the need for validation but the flow is too long. why should it be done outside the app if it's the app that's doing the validation? The wait period for this validation is too long. 2. UI. not pleasing to the eye. The icons on the splash screen should be in app, its not on the web for the links to be on the splash. Better icons could have been used through out the app and the use of primary and secondary colors need balancing.

the new update is horrible. tried logging in and got stuck on the "processing" screen multiple times. after that whole ordeal passed, now it's stuck on the "protect your device - stay secure" even though both the conditions required are already met. Would give it a 0 if possible. FIX YOUR APP
