Bring back Manual Verification at the point of login or improve on how you do your code detection from the notification to cater for higher android versions and/or more android phones in general.

Bring back the old app. The latest update is really not user friendly. It's showing no beneficiary listed for everything. That is after going through a tedious process of reactivating it. Now I can't even log in, session keeps timing out. I contacted your customer care via email 4 times, all I was given were case numbers every time. I even went in person to your branch but even they couldn't get it working. I was told to go back the following day. I decided my time is too important to waste.

User friendly and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, exchange rates are always outdated and the app generates inappropriate error messages. For example, when a session has terminated and you're trying to check your account balance, it will say "service unavailable" instead of "session expired" which may mislead the user.
