I am very disappointed with this app because I cannot download my statement. Every time I try, it shows that the feature is not supported. A statement is an important document, and users need it for personal records, bank work, and other official purposes. I have tried multiple times, checked my internet connection, and updated the app, but the problem is still there. The app should provide a simple and reliable option to download statements without any errors. Please fix this issue immediately

Very useful and convenient app for accessing important documents anytime. The interface is simple and easy to use. The only issue is that updated documents take quite a long time to appear, so faster syncing would make the experience even better.

For past 2 months, me and my friends have not been able to login to this app. Because on any of the registered mobile number otp is not being delivered. even after waiting for half an hour. This problem has persisted for so long but they are not resolving it. due the same issue I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AS THEY VERIFY THE ADHAR AND PAN VIA DIGILOCKER, since otp is not being delivered, i am not able to login into this app and hence i am stuck and able to open a simple bank account.
