This sucks now. It used to be a good app/streaming service. Now? It BARELY functions. It's always crashing and failing mid episode. I'd be surprised if I can finish anything without it crashing. Doesn't matter the device either, currently unable to watch on my TV or tablet. Don't have this issue with any other streaming service either ONLY discovery. I'm canceling my subscription before it renews now.

Love having my shows but cannot get to ad free.... I've canceled to try to upgrade and all it's letting me do is resubscribe at the non ad free not upgrade... really frustrating.... and then certain shows it won't let me watch on my fire stick.... Edit: I've since been able to get ad free but now when I go to use the app it won't load at all. I tried uninstalling it then reinstall, didn't help. Tried restarting my phone and that didn't help either..... I want to get this to work....

There's lots of buffering and crashing. Even the app on my phone is slow. I looked at the help options on the app, and though there were the issues I was having listed, the solutions offered were all about checking my internet connection and cords... basically an 'it's not us it's you' approach. I even increased my internet speed at extra cost, and this still happens. My other streaming apps work just fine and did before the wifi speed increase, so their 'help' thing is a bit insulting.
