Tool to denounce those who disturb the tranquility of the nation.
The National Directorate for Drug Control developed this application with the purpose of increasing the levels of security and protection of the Dominican population, offering them a tool that makes them part of the solution, so that they report those who disturb the peace and tranquility of the nation.
This application is to report all criminal activity related to smuggling, distribution, sale, use and abuse of drugs and controlled substances, to contribute to a safer society and a better country.

The SER Application takes advantage of the mobile technology available in its hands so that the user can provide valuable information to pursue, capture and incarcerate the perpetrators of activities linked to drug trafficking and related crimes, through:
• Images.
• Video.
• Voice messages.
• Written Reports.
• Direct anonymous calls to the DNCD complaints service center.

In the same way, it has the “911” function through which you can make a call to 9 1 1 and directly contact the National Emergency and Security Service, in order to receive assistance in an emergency.

The advantage of SER is that it does not recognize any of your personal information, reports are 100% anonymous, identity is protected, no username or password is needed, and the application does not collect data from users or their mobile phones or your contacts.
There is no better way to combat drug trafficking and the crime that is linked to it than by empowering ourselves as citizens and denouncing the antisocials that affect it.
