I don't recommend this worst app cause I order some products and I canceled that order because of some reason the payment was completed and now I'm not getting my refund and products when I check the orders even in that the order isn't showing what the hell is wrong with dot & key Is this the way you treat the customers and worst app and service seriously I would definitely complaint this issue in court... I'm very much disappointed with your app

Had the worst experience with Dot and Key. The delivery person misbehave with my elderly parents and then went without delivering. Since 3 days my order has been stuck as order is getting assigned to the same delivery person. Their customers care services also sucks, no response on mail or call. Never buying again with them.

I don't know why dot and key is doing like this. I am so disappointed. I have ordered some products and paid for it. Money is deducted from my bank account but this app is showing nothing in my orders section. It means my order has not been placed but had payment in advance. There is no response for my e-mails messages. This was my first time ordering some thing from this app and unfortunately I guess it's also the list thime I am ordering something.
