Too many unneeded personal information for this app... Not only that, i can't even top up upper than Rp 2 million again... It says it exceed the amount of maximum top up... Why did you make this app so lame now? Useless Replies: so, did you giving us "the user" any information that we can't top up more than Rp 2m if we didn't fill in our identity? You aren't giving us any notices regarding this matter...

Hello! If you want to top up above Rp 2 million, you have to verification your indentity first, you can also verification with your driver license, or passport then you can top up with maximum limit 10 million.
We already giving this information through broadcast, our entire social media, and on SMART NEWS at telegram. Thank you for your attention

Bad, slow response for the services, slower response for top up metode than other apps, bad and don't have any innovative ideas, and the tour and travels not yet opened, how you opened the business while the main business isn't yet opened, lol, think smarter
