constantly crashes, doesn't work, messed up appointments... disappointing. been using 11 years and I'm about done!

Nothing smart about this app. It's caused so many issues at work multiple times. My menu I offer went out the window & added services I don't do. It crashes & logs me out constantly. It runs slow & is stuck buffering. I've lost money because of this app not booking clients. it books then disappears, putting me in uncomfortable situations & getting bad reviews. The app needs to be called shittyday. It stinks to high heaven. I started using the calendar on my phone instead. I post available times

There have been so many glitches recently logs me out for no reason, go to cancel appointment and it says error, but will still cancel it.
