I initially had trouble connecting via Bluetooth no matter all the different settings I tried. turns out for me anyway I needed to enable location services and then enable Bluetooth but do not pair with any of the chair devices even though they will show up, then turn on the option for NFC detection, and also turn on the option for Bluetooth internet connection sharing, and only after all of those services are running on your phone then you open the app press power button and it will connect.

App crashes when clicking advanced. Gives a message that the app has a bug. Other reviews from 9 months ago say the same thing. For a chair that costs this much, you would think that they would have an app that works and that it wouldn't take months to fix a bug.

App keeps crashing when trying to use advanced mode which appears to be a bug everybody else is also experiencing. Been like this for the better part of a year which is infuriating considering the cost of this chair.
