About this app

The Eastern Colorado Bank’s Mobile Banking App (Mobiliti™) allows Personal Online Banking customers secure access to important account information from your phone. You can view real-time account balances, view transaction history, transfer money between accounts, receive alerts, use BillPay to pay current billers, send/request money through Popmoney and find ATM/Branch location information.

How to enroll in Mobiliti™ with The Eastern Colorado Bank: Mobiliti™ is free, but web connectivity and usage rates may apply. BillPay and Popmoney may also have additional fees. To use The Eastern Colorado Bank Mobiliti™ App, you must first be enrolled in Personal Online Banking. Visit https://www.yourfriendlybank.com to enroll. Login to Personal Online Banking and go to the Options menu. There you will see the option to enroll in Mobiliti™. Once enrolled, you may begin using the Mobiliti™ App with your Online Banking Access ID and Password. Read the Online Banking and BillPay Terms and Conditions for additional details.

Every so often the app just doesn't want to work and has trouble verifying credentials. It happens consistently enough to where it is annoying, but not a major problem. Happened with different phones, wifi and cell data, and various versions of the app but always up to date. Edit: The app has been reliable for quite some time now. The notifications for service maintenance are consistent too.

There is only 1 thing that I absolutely dislike... password change is required every 90 days and it does NOT let you use any previous passwords. My password is always long and complex so it should be good unless there is a cyber attack. Otherwise I have to keep trying to create new passwords with slight variations and I've forgotten the new one a couple times and had to go through the hassle of resetting it at the bank. They tell me to write it down but that not secure since it could be found.

2 plus years and I still haven't been able to log into this app. I've contacted customer service. I've told people it doesn't work. nothing. This is problematic for my business and I'm currently looking into switching banks because their faulty applications don't allow me to integrate my services with my bookkeeping or payroll.
