Ratings and reviews

There's no doubt that the teaching is excellent but the app is too much to handle. I already have eye problem and on top of that the videos have access to mobile app only. They should really give access of videos on biggar screen on PC. Not everyone can see the small screen of mobile. That really hurts my eyes and causes headache. Also the loading of documents and assignments take a long time anf sometimes hangs a lot. So kindly look into these problems.

Downloaded videos are not shown in the app anymore. Whenever I download a video, and go to the download section, it shows no downloads yet. And again if I download the same video, it shows already downloaded. But could not find any video. Sometimes the app doesn't open, I reboot my phone, still the app does not work. Then I have to uninstall and redownload the app again.

Teaching is no doubt very good but the app has lots of problems. Please allow video access to be played on laptop so that we don't have to look at the small screen everytime. Secondly even after watching complete video, it does not mark the video with green tick. Please solve this issue. It's been two years and students are facing same problems with the app. Please update this app as soon as possible.
