Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't serve any purpose for the users. It is just like putting a show that the service and repairs could be done quickly. The app shows slots starting at 9am, whereas the service technicians say that they visit office and start moving to service location at 11am from office. I requested for just 5 services with 2 years of AMC, but i am not satisfied with any such service. In fact, after every service or repair, the aquaguard water purifier performance was falling down. Worst app.

AMC for two years taken always, but no regular services happen. Had got a message end of July for service and till date no one has appeared for the same. and now I had to reschedule it from the same place, instead of able to book a new complaint. How wierd is that? Eureka Forbes service especially in the area I stay is really bad, even after the service person comes, it's left incomplete and innumerable calls need to be done to get it completed.

Requests are generated without my doing so on the app or even on the call centre. I have even written to them months back that if there is a glitch in your system, fix it! Yet nothing! And when i do make a request for service or otherwise as i have bought the AMC, and i choose a date or am assigned a time and date on the call centre, it is never followed!!
