I have used this application for a while and the service I must say is quiet good. The only problem I have encountered lately,is after updating the app, when I order things I noticed each item was been charged a shipping fee...which was not the case before and to me it does not make sense because all items are put in one package and I thought shipping cost is per weight of the package not on individual items in the package. Please look into that

The buying and sending of goods is very easy,the problem I have with you is the issue of sending a receipt,you know platinum always asks for receipts or a picture of a parcel before you collect,but you always wait until a customer asks for it after a million of unanswered calls and Whatsapp messages,my parcel has been pending since Saturday at platinum since I don't have a receipt..make it mandatory to send receipts once a parcel is sent via a courier company,UpTo now my calls are unanswered.

I really enjoy shopping on Egatee. The variety is great, prices are fair, and the process is smooth every time.
