Very bad experience. I ordered 2 items on 19th August, first they didn't give any update for 10 days. When I called them , no one received the call, then I emailed them So they said that item was out of stock. On September 8, I received the parcel. When I opened it, I saw that one item was missing. I sent them a video of the unboxing. They again told me that the item was out of stock.Today is the last day of September and still no update from them. They don't even pick up the call.

Very bad experience! Hence 1 star. They confirm the order without stock. It will be shown on the application as available. Two weeks delay for my order to arrive that too after several follow ups. It did not have all the items which I had ordered. Now again follow up going on for missing items. Customer support is very hard to contact. Number provided is mostly busy! There are many new vendors and applications now. I would recommend to stay away from this application and service!!

Torture. They sent an order with missing items, and now aren't willing to refund. They keep saying please wait 3 more days (its been a month now) and cut the call if you manage to reach customer support. I've mailed them 4 times regarding my missing order items and called them thrice, and they have basically ignored everything. They are happy to steal the money and hope that the customer would get tired of following up at some point.
