Very bad experience. I ordered 2 items on 19th August, first they didn't give any update for 10 days. When I called them , no one received the call, then I emailed them So they said that item was out of stock. On September 8, I received the parcel. When I opened it, I saw that one item was missing. I sent them a video of the unboxing. They again told me that the item was out of stock.Today is the last day of September and still no update from them. They don't even pick up the call.

Still didn't received the orders. I have ordered some items on April 2025 and got some of the items after 4 weeks and some of the items were missing. still I didn't got those items even after 6 months. I have mailed them many times and they are replying that they will send it when they recieve the items on there inventory and it's been six months now. They are not even giving me any refund. My opinion is to never ever buy things from this app. They are irresponsible and fraudsters.

This note is to protect all you from being duped by this marketplace app. You are at risk of being scammed. Just checking the contact number provided on the app before placing an order, you'll likely discover that it's not a customer service number. Email is the only way to complain, but there's no chance of a hearing. #Google is requested to investigate this matter itself and, if the complaint is found to be true, immediately remove it from the Play Store.
