This app, the annual service I paid for and the $40 camera I bought are all one big bag of useless junk and customer service that's about as helpful as an oversized bowel movement! My camera won't charge properly and hasn't since day one and even when I can get it to hold a 37% charge the stupid thing loses connection and disconnects within 12hrs to which I have to climb a ladder and start all over again! By the time you get this thing up and running you'll already have been robbed twice!!

The camera and audio are very clear and better than the last camera I had to monitor my fur baby. The dual band makes it much easier to connect to my 5ghz wifi rather than a 2.4ghz camera (which didn't work on the higher band). I will purchase another one soon. The price is pretty good also.

Love the app but to subscribe to the cloud you use PayPal and to set up the payments is sketchy at best. My bank doesn't like PayPal because you get too many fraudulent charges. You need to get this fixed to be able to subscribe through the play store or something. Such a headache!
