Difficult to register and use. Need to create a better software. Cannot create safe password, only takes simple alpha-numeric. Binding kept failing when adding lock. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Defeats the purpose of remote unlocking when needing to "wake" the lock to connect back to bluetooth. Very concerned for safety of the unlocking the lock and easy hackable esmart account. Video tutorial is too fast and view is too small for certain sections. I chose this for the purpose of key backup.

Easy to add fingerprints to the locker, and seems to work well unlocking. However, I had some difficulty when I tried to unlock when the screen and my finger were wet from rain. Not sure if it is possible to unlock away from the locker as it keeps asking to turn on GPS location... need to try. Also, what does it do to 'Ulock position'? The user manual (printed & digital) is a bit confusing and incomplete.

Having a heck of a time trying to add users and can't figure out for the life of me how to send a QR code. The WeChat link doesn't do anything, and i dont care to ask people to download it only to access a lock. There was a video instruction option when I first downloaded, but I can't find it again to save myself.
