App works well most of the time. It did freeze once to the point where I had to uninstall then reinstall it. Only happened once. Also, sometimes when I take the picture, the app will keep the "Report Delivery" button greyed out, despite acceptance of the picture and signature. I then have to skip the stop and call dispatch so the stop can be updated and the app can allow me to continue with my next stops. I'd like to know if there's a better solution. Otherwise, a generally good app.

Horrible UI changes in 10.1 6 on the scan invoice page. Did you do any user testing before pushing this to production? Why did you remove the build route button and replace it with a search invoices button? In order to build your route after scanning all invoices, user has to push and hold the search invoices button to get to a page that shows all invoices scanned and then build route button appears. your UX team needs to fix this ASAP as there is no logic to this flow.

Thank you for your feedback. “Search invoices” was added to verify all scanned invoices are correct, if any scans weren't found, and to show duplicate invoices. While the step has a benefit overall, we do understand that the current terminology is confusing, and we can work on improving the clarity.

invasive, app wants 24/7 location information. I'm ok with it having my location when using it. but it won't let me use it without full access

Hi! As stated on the login screen, location is only accessed while logged into the application. The Android permissions are required to be on but rest assured, your location is not tracked when you are not logged in.
