Honestly the game is decent when it works... The problem is with the staff. They're uncaring and unhelpful... I've tried with the customer service really I have. I tried helping through bug reports... It's quite honestly the worst service I've ever seen. On top of this, the game itself is a buggy mess and the customer service seems unsure about what game they even work on... It's unfortunate because I do enjoy the game when I'm not dealing with the abysmal service and frequent bugs.

It's fun but slowly gets boring as you keep trying to level up, and it's a bit normal you just keep doing the same thing. You fight, you level, you get better things, you fight, you level up, you get better things. Over and over again...however I do like the graphics and sound effects...it's just not the exciting game...you know :/

Really solid game overall. it's not an auto mmo like most on mobile, but you can auto for fetch quests which is pretty nice. The classes each play differently and the events are unique. The guild system is one of the worst I have experienced. I shelled out the large sum for a guild, and I was told to have 10 members in 8 hours for it to make it. that would have been fine if I could actually recruit for my guild, or it could be searched for. instead it was buried in a list hoping people see it
