Unfortunately, the Dis-loyalty membership is a bit of a scam. Used it in London for a nice discount on my room booking, so it started off fine, but then I booked a restaurant in Dubai participating in Dis-Loyalty, and they refused to accept the 10% discount on lunch for unknown reasons. Customer care is responding quickly but is unable to resolve it, so I just decided to cancel my membership and book somewhere else in the future. A bit of a shame. Edit: I had items on the a la carte menu??

it keeps telling me to update the app and I update the app and it still brings me back in circles and sends me back to the Play store app update even though I've updated it. so far this experiment of disloyalty has been a complete and utter failure with no real bargains and excessive charges and fees.
